If there’s one thing I can appreciate, it’s a good meal. I’m particularly a huge fan of BBQ, it’s hard to top great brisket and there’s a local place I’ve gone to for years that makes some of the best!

For the longest time I would order 1lb of brisket with a side of chili and green beans. My wife always said to try something else on the menu, but I had been getting the same order for so long, I’d forgotten they even had one! The next time we went, I decided to try the turkey. I immediately knew I made the right choice when the food arrived, and it ended up being just about the best turkey I’d ever had! I thought “Why did it take me so long to try something else from this place? The brisket was so good it’s no surprise the turkey is too!”. Since then, I try something new everywhere and have even been looking at new things outside of just BBQ.
